Fortuna ships all orders within 1–2 business days, allowing time for each garment to be inspected, prepared, and packaged with the level of care that reflects our commitment to quality. Once your order is ready, it is dispatched from our Texas studio through USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days, or USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in approximately 1–3 business days for customers who prefer an expedited option. Every domestic shipment includes full tracking and insurance, ensuring your piece is protected throughout its journey. International orders are shipped with reliable global carriers and generally arrive within 7–15 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on regional customs processing and local postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a promotion or free‑shipping offer is active. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress from our studio to your doorstep. If your package arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the expected window, or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately and our team will work quickly to resolve the issue with the level of service and attention worthy of the Fortuna name.

PRE ORDER ITEMS

Some items on our store may be offered as pre-orders. This means the item is currently in production and will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page. Pre-order shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or customs delays. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeframe. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
